Science and Math Olympiad Important Details

WRO India NET Level 1 is a 1 Hour Online science and math Olympiad that students can give from the comfort of their home.

Curriculum of this science and math Olympiad based on Grade appropriate concepts, irrespective of the school board type. Students who score 60% & above will progress to Level 2.

This science and math Olympiad is only for Students studying in India STEM Foundation Partner Schools.

Students can use their PCs, laptops, and their phone devices to appear for this science and math Olympiad – WRO India National Entrance Test.

#Note: This science and math Olympiad is only for Progression into Future Innovators Category.

#Note: Students will be assessed on the grade they have recently cleared.

Grade Appropriate Test

The science and math Olympiad is for 3rd to 12th grade students. The difficulty level of the test will be according to the student’s grade.

Progression

Students who score 60% & above in the science and math Olympiad will progress to the Level 2: Virtual Regional Round.

Here’s the mostly asked questions by students, parents, and schools related to WRO India National Entrance Test.

The syllabus for the WRO India NET, as it is a grade-appropriate test, will depend on the class level of the student.

For Class 3rd to 5th, the syllabus could include basic concepts of EVS, Mathematics, and Aptitude & Reasoning.

For Class 6th to 12th, the syllabus could be more advanced concepts of Science, Mathematics, and Aptitude & Reasoning.

The syllabus is designed to assess the student’s understanding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts and their ability to apply that knowledge to real-world problems.

WRO NET Level 1 is an Hour Online Test 
Students can join 15 mins before the test time for a smooth experience.

Students representing an India STEM Foundation partner school can participate in the WRO India National Entrance Test.
To become an ISF Partner school, a school needs to sign a letter of engagement with the India STEM Foundation.

No, teams cannot participate in WRO India NET. Only individual school students can participate through their school by paying a fee of Rs 1750.

If a school has only one student who clears the WRO India NET in a particular age category, they won’t be able to progress to the virtual regional. Hence, schools are requested to enrol enough individual students so that teams can easily be formed.

Schools shall create teams of students who clear the WRO India NET cutoff and group together students from the same age categories allowed to compete in the WRO India, i.e. elementary, juniors, and seniors age categories.
