How to Register

Eligibility Criteria:

Teams of 2-3 Students in the same age group led by an adult coach can choose to participate in any one of the four WRO® Competition categories namely RoboMission, Future Innovators, RoboSports, and Future Engineers, depending on the interests, knowledge and skills, and strengths of the students and coach on the team.

Note: This year, each school is eligible for one free team registration under the Future Innovators Category. If additional teams are registered from the same school, the standard registration fee will apply for each of those teams.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Attention all teams!

Regardless of the category, the registration process remains the same for everyone.

Participating schools seeking a free team registration for the “Future Innovators” category, must apply using the steps provided.

Steps to Register

1. Visit registration.wroindia.org or click “Register”

2. Click on “Register New Team” in the Top Left Corner.

3. Read the Registration Details carefully.

4. Check the box below to confirm.

5. Click on “Process to Registration” Button.

6. Fill out all the important details correctly.

7. Click Submit after cross-checking all the details.

8. Receive an e-mail regarding successful registration.

9. Click the link in the e-mail to activate your account.

10. Log in using the email and password you submitted.

11. Fill out the coach details and team name, click “Register”.

12. Proceed to Payment and submit.

Steps to Claim FREE School Team

1. Firstly, make sure that your coach and team details are updated at the Registration Portal.
2. Download the Free School Team Registration Template for Guidance.

3. Use your School Letter Head and the content from the template and fill in the details requested within the square brackets.

4. Stamped and sign the letter by the School Principal/Director.

5. Send the completed application to wro@indiastemfoundation.org

6. After verification, the admin will activate your team within 3 working days, and you will be notified via email.
