Theme: Earth Allies: Fostering Collaboration for Environmental Stewardship
The theme “Earth Allies” encapsulates the spirit of collaboration between technology and environmental stewardship. Teams are encouraged to explore ways in which robotics can serve as allies in our efforts to protect and preserve the Earth’s ecosystems. From addressing pollution and waste management to promoting biodiversity and renewable energy, the possibilities are endless.
Important Updates and Guidelines: Ensuring a Seamless Submission Process
To ensure a smooth and seamless virtual submission process, it is imperative to adhere to the guidelines outlined for the WRO 2024 Future Innovators Category Virtual Championship. The update released on December 10, 2023, titled “Future Innovators Virtual Championship Project Submission Guidelines,” provides comprehensive instructions for preparing submissions.
Teams are required to prepare a comprehensive Project Report in PDF format, ranging from a minimum of 5 pages to a maximum of 17 pages, excluding the front page, table of contents, and list of sources. The file size should not exceed 15MB.
Event-1 Virtual Submission Round:
For teams that have already registered, the Event-1 Virtual Submission round was scheduled from February 1 to February 12, which has now officially ended. However, teams yet to register can seize the opportunity to participate by registering for Event 2 and Event 3 of the Virtual Championship by March 31, 2024.

- Click on “Register New Team” in the Top Left Corner.
- Read the Registration Details carefully.
- Check the box below to confirm.
- Click on “Process to Registration” Button.
- Fill out all the important details correctly.
- Click Submit after cross-checking all the details.
- Receive an e-mail regarding successful registration.
- Click the link in the e-mail to activate your account.
- Log in using the email and password you submitted.
- Fill out the team members and coach details and click “Register”.
- Proceed to Payment and submit.
