School Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated School Coordinator to join our team. As a School
Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between India STEM Foundation (ISF) and participating schools.
You will oversee the implementation of STEM programs, coordinate events like robotics competitions,
and ensure smooth communication and collaboration between ISF and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between ISF and partner schools.

• Manage and coordinate the execution of STEM programs, including robotics workshops, teacher
  training, and student activities.
• Organize and coordinate logistics for regional and national robotics competitions.
• Ensure all necessary materials and resources are provided to schools for program
  implementation.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling webinars, training sessions, and educational events for
  students and teachers.
• Monitor the progress of STEM programs in schools and provide feedback to improve program
  delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and students.
• Conduct follow-up visits to schools to assess program success and identify areas for
  improvement.
• Support in organizing and facilitating outreach activities and events related to STEM education.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding the status of school
  programs.
• Collaborate with other ISF teams to align the program’s objectives with national and
  international STEM education goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM-related fields, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in school coordination, event management, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing educational programs, ideally in STEM or robotics.
• Ability to build strong relationships with schools, educators, and students.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other educational tools.
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to promoting STEM learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in mentoring or teaching STEM-related subjects is a plus.
